● Minimum 8 years of experience in AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) infrastructure and security consulting
● Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and network security in utility environments
● Experience in handling AMI/utility domain projects (power/water)
● Ability to work in Oman on a long-term contractual basis
Design, implement, and manage AMI infrastructure and security frameworks
Ensure robust data protection, access control, and compliance with industry standards
Perform vulnerability assessments, risk analysis, and security audits
Collaborate with application and network teams to integrate AMI solutions securely
Troubleshoot infrastructure and security issues, ensuring system availability and resilience
Develop documentation, security policies, and provide guidance to project teams
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
8+ years of proven experience in AMI infrastructure and security consulting
Strong expertise in cybersecurity, network protocols, firewalls, and cloud/on-premises security
Knowledge of utility industry standards and regulatory requirements
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client engagement skills
