Job Opportunity: Strategy Consultant – AI (Oil & Gas)
📍 Location: Hybrid – Kuwait / Remote (4 days on-site in Kuwait)
💼 Employment Type: 12-Month Consultancy Contract
💰 Salary: Upto 4000 USD a month
📅 Experience Required: 12–17 Years
● GCC residency is a must (willingness to work 4 days on-site in Kuwait).
● Proven experience in building and delivering AI strategies within the Energy/Oil & Gas sector (Upstream focus).
● Strong background in consultancy & advisory, preferably with top-tier or boutique consulting firms.
● Fluent in both Arabic and English.
Lead the design and execution of AI strategies for upstream oil & gas operations (exploration, drilling, production).
Assess and identify AI-driven opportunities to optimize operational efficiencies and decision-making.
Develop AI transformation roadmaps and guide technology selection tailored to business needs.
Create robust business cases to support AI adoption, including ROI and performance metrics.
Advise leadership teams on emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and digital transformation for energy.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of AI initiatives.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, enabling strategic decision-making.
12–17 years of experience in Strategic Consulting, Digital Transformation, or AI Advisory.
Strong industry expertise in upstream oil & gas.
Demonstrated success in delivering AI strategy for industrial or energy clients.
Deep knowledge of AI-associated technologies, digital platforms, and data analytics.
Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving, analytical, and storytelling abilities.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business (MBA preferred).
